UPDATE - FIX OF SORTS!!??!! if you take the top bulb out from the off side rear cluster it didn't trip out. There is still a tail light due to the twin filament bulb. Hoping this will get it through the MOT.

You forgot to close the crimps on your struts. Crimping them is better from performance seperates the pressure changes between the struts and LE when loaded) and safety (if something pops you stand a better chance of the rest maintaining floatation which can be helpful in self rescue situations.) Hello maybe you can help me I have a problem on the headlight of my e-bike: it is always on but weak, when I turn off my bike, the light is a little bit stronger but still very weak, it is impossible to turn off the light unless I remove the battery. When I put the battery back, the light is again always on and weak. Is it a problem from the headlight or from the controller ? If you want to fault trace, go to CEM to right of steering wheel left hand plug, locate the thin grey red which is usually two wires in one connector as it feeds panel lights and next to it find thin grey with black trace.Leave connected and test for 12volt feed with sidelights on. If you have power here with lights on, you have in 1 minute eliminated light switch CEM fuses etc and saves a shed load of time

really easy fix for one, two, three or four sidelight bulbs not working. wiring loom is spliced with the CEM feed wire, usually thin grey with black trace for nearside and thin grey with red trace wire joining in the loom under carpet and sending power forwards and to the rear. remove gear selector surround, nearside seats and the break in the butt connectors occurs very near the SRS module, slightly forward of it. simple butt connector repair. Easy.
